Two people have been arrested in relation to an aggravated burglary in the midlands last month.
A man in his 60s was attacked in his home in Graiguecullen at about 10.45 on the night of Saturday 2nd July.
He was taken to St. Luke's Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
A sum of cash was taken during the burglary.
A man and a woman have since been arrested. They've both been released without charge, while a file is prepared for the DPP.
