A Meath West TD says the display of violence is unacceptable.
Two separate investigations are now underway into an attack on a teenager in Co. Meath.
The victim suffered apparent facial injuries in the incident in Navan this week which is now the subject of a Garda investigation.
While the Louth Meath Education and Training Board is also investigating the incident, as some of those involved were wearing their school uniforms.
Officers are asking people to stop sharing footage of the attack online.
