Two men in their 30's have been hospitalised following a motorcycle crash yesterday evening in the Midlands.
The incident happened shortly after 9:15 on the Ballinakill to Ballyouskill Road near Ballyragget.
The two men have been taken to St Luke's General Hospital Carlow Kilkenny for treatment of serious injuries.
Road closures are in place pending a technical examination, with local diversions in place.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to come forward.
