Coolrain Playground in Laois is receiving almost €60,000 from the Department of Rural and Community Development under the 2019 CLÁR programme.
Meanwhile, Raharney Community Park in Westmeath is being allocated €17,000.
The specialist gardens are educational and recreational places, designed to stimulate the senses, particularly for people with additional needs.
