Sean Fleming and Damien English are among ten who will gain a new staff member.
The government is being criticised for approving ministerial advisors for ten junior ministers.
The original plan would have seen all seventeen ministers of state with their own advisors, but the the government reduced the number.
Laois Offaly TD Sean Fleming and Meath West's Damien English will be given a budget to hire a new member of staff.
In the last Dáil the payscale for the position started at around €67,000 a year.
