Gardaí carried out an operation in Offaly over the bank holiday weekend.
Two motorists have been arrested for the unlicensed use of public service vehicles in the midlands.
The arrests were made as part of a joint operation between Gardaí and the National Transport Authority over the weekend in Birr and Banagher.
Both motorists are due to appear before the courts at a later date.
