The sites are in Westmeath and Longford.
Two multi-million euro logistics and industrial sites in the Midlands have come on to the market.
One in Westmeath is for sale with a €7.5 million guide price, with one in Longford up for sale at €9.75 million or lease at €70 per square metre.
The Irish Independent report describes the Athlone lot as a combined site across 12 acres with around half of it already leased to Heat Merchants Limited.
The sale also includes an adjoining but separate 5.7 acre site which has been zoned by planners for employment and enterprise purposes.
The second lot is just off the Athlone Road in Longford where Masterlink Logistics used to operate from.
With a purpose-built warehouse in the middle of the country, the lot is described as an ideal location for warehousing or manufacturing operations.
The site itself is just under 10 acres.
