Two people have been arrested by midlands Gardaí for the sale and supply of suspected drugs.
The arrests were made during a railway patrol by Portlaoise Community Gardaí, under Operation Scathlán, which aims to eliminate anti-social behaviour on trains and in stations.
One of the two people arrested was detained under Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act for the sale and supply of suspected cocaine.
