Vladimir Putin has reportedly been briefed on a letter from the Ukrainian president, calling for a face-to-face meeting.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy's letter also taunted Moscow, citing what he calls "more and more negative consequences" for Russia as a result of the war.
A spokesperson for the Kremlin has told the TASS news agency Mr Putin will likely comment on it during a speech at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum today.
