The user of an E-Scooter involved in a collision in Offaly has made themselves known to Gardaí.
A young person was injured in the incident on the Eiscir Summer Road in Tullamore on August 8th at around 3pm in the afternoon.
Gardaí had launched an appeal for witnesses after the driver of the E-Scooter failed to remain at the scene.
However, investigating officers say they've now come forward and are actively assisting with enquiries.
Anyone with information is still being asked to contact Tullamore Garda Station.
