A local councillor is calling for corrective measures to be taken.
Tullamore residents and their cars are being exposed to danger on a regular basis.
That's according to Councillor Sean O'Brien, who believes there is a 'serious safety issue' for cars that park on one side of the Kilbeggan Bridge at the junction of the Clontarf and Arden Road.
The Councillor has recieved reports of parked cars being damaged by drivers using the bridge after the installation of a pedestrian crossing changed the alignment of the road.
