A vigil in memory of a woman who was fatally stabbed in Laois is being held next week.
The community in Portlaoise is coming together in memory of Adina Raluca Constantin.
The gathering aims to honour her life and offer support to her family, friends and all those affected by her death.
Adina died following an incident at a home on Church Street, Portlaoise, on Sunday afternoon.
A 72-year-old man, Eugene Constantin, has been charged with her murder and appeared before Portlaoise District Court, where he was remanded in custody to appear again by video link next week.
The vigil is taking place at Memorial Park, Ridge Road, Portlaoise, next Friday, at 6pm.
