Vladimir Putin Claims He's Open To Peace Talks To End The War

However he says Moscow won't call a ceasefire while its still coming under attack.

It's claimed Wagner troops moving close to the Polish border is an attempt by Russia to intimidate.

More than 100 troops belonging to the Russian-linked mercenary have moved towards a thin strip of land between Poland and Lithuania.

The Polish Prime Minister is concerned they may pose as refugees to cross the border.
