Ireland's difficulties in resourcing the Air Corps were laid bare once again this week.
A midlands defence expert believes Ireland's lack of security is blatantly apparent to outside forces.
It comes after two Air Corps helicopters, and another aircraft were withdrawn from a recent British air show due to air traffic control issues at Casement Aerodrome.
