Independent Councillor Mick Dollard says St. Lomans in Mullingar which closed in 2013 may serve as a suitable location.
He has been elected for another term as Mayor of the Mullingar-Kinnegad district, with the Area Action Plan and supporting voluntary organisations on his agenda.
