A Westmeath Fitness instructor is getting people to pump iron, and spin in the gym, to raise money for women in need.
Laura Daly - Devine, owner of Divine fitness Mullingar, is campaigning this International Women's Day for Westmeath Support Services Against Domestic Abuse.
Tomorrow she will have two fitness classes with all proceeds going to the midlands charity which provides support to people experiencing violence and abuse at the hands of an intimate partner or someone known to them.
Ms Daly - Devine says the main focus will be on the charity rather than the workout:
