Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after five people were injured in a collision between a car and a van in County Westmeath.
The crash happened around 1pm yesterday on the N62 at Ballinahown.
The injured include the van driver, a woman in her 40s - the car driver, a male teenager - and three male passengers in their 20s.
All were taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Gardaí are investigating and asking anyone with dash-cam footage to contact Athlone Garda Station.
