The Glasson Lakehouse hotel in Westmeath may be able to re-open next week, after closing to deal with a winter vomiting bug outbreak.
It has shut voluntarily after seeking HSE advice about a number of people displaying symptoms of the norovirus.
The venue has not been able to confirm a time for re-opening.
Two couples were due to get married at the venue this weekend.
