Westmeath Man Under 24 Hour Lockdown In The Middle East

He says the mood of people remains optimistic though.

A Westmeath man is living under a 24 hour curfew in Saudi Arabia.

The Gulf state has increased it's lockdown in recent days to include measures such as a ban on outdoor exercise and a limit on shopping trips. 

There's currently 2,605 cases of coronavirus in the country.
