Noel McIntyre is this year's winner of IPPVA's Commercial Videographer and Reportage Photographer of the Year.
After spending 18 years in sales, the Mullingar man moved into film, founding his own company Motion Picture Media and the town's International Film Festival.
Mr McInytre says it wasn't always easy sailing, and that picking himself up to cover the Fleadh Choil in the town showed his strengths:
