A student underwent a test for COVID-19 after returning from a school trip to Italy earlier this week.
A Westmeath student has tested negative for Coronavirus.
The student was part of a group that travelled from Castlepollard Community College to Northern Italy during the mid-term break.
Over 100 people have been tested but there have been no confirmed cases thus far.
