A Westmeath woman has lost a €60,000 personal injuries claim against airport operator DAA after a court ruled it was not liable for injuries she suffered while disembarking at Dublin Airport.
The Irish Independent is reporting that Judge Sinéad Ní Chúlacháin found that liability rested with the airline under the Montreal Convention, as the passenger was still in the process of disembarkation.
