A woman has been charged following a late night raid at a Westmeath shopping centre.
Gardaí are investigating burglaries at multiple shops in Athlone Towncentre, including Quigley's Bakery and Starbucks, on Sunday March 15th.
The woman in her 30s was arrested in Athlone on Thursday after a breakthrough in the investigation, aided by CCTV and a technical examination of the scene.
She was charged and released on bail to appear in court at a later date.
