Screenings will be held in Offaly this month.
Young athletes in Offaly are being encouraged to get their heart screened.
The Dillon Quirke Foundation is hosting the screenings from the 8th to the 19th in Edenderry to help detect any abnormalities.
Today marks two years since the Quirke's lost their son Dillion to Sudden Adult Death Syndrome during a hurling match in Semple Stadium.
The charity is aiming to screen around 10,000 young people this year.
