New Jobs Coming To Laois

The move is part of a €6m investment. 

Applegreen is to create up to 450 new jobs as it prepares to open Popeyes chicken restaurants at its roadside locations. 

The first outlet will open on the M7 at Portlaoise in the next few weeks as part of a €6m investment. 

The first Popeyes restaurant in Ireland opened in Blanchardstown in Dublin last week, with a second planned for Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.
