Both sides in the Aer Lingus dispute are being called on to sit down and work out their differences.
It comes ahead of a 'work to rule' by pilots from Wednesday and an eight hour strike on Saturday.
It's led to the cancellation of 244 flights, after 120 more cancellations were announced over the weekend.
