Applicant Atlantic Enterprises Limited wants to build the park near Kinnegad.
The plans include two warehouses on land near junction 12 of the M4.
They'll be a maximum of 10 meters high, with Block A comprising of 1,700 square meters, and Block B 1,600 square meters.
A planning statement by Kildare based developers David Mulcahy Planning Consulants say the development will strengthen the local economy, and reduce the number of commuters leaving the county for work.
A decision is due from Westmeath County Council on June 18th.
