A Westmeath business is announcing two acquisitions today in the fields of environmental consultancy and mechanical and electrical services.
Mullingar's ORS Building Consultants, is now counting O’Callaghan Moran and Coffey Consulting Engineering in their portfolio.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed but the deals make it six acquisitions in the last two years for the Westmeath company.
They say turnover at the group has grown by 275% to over €30m between 2022 and today.
While the ORS workforce has increased by 300% in that period.
