Mark Timmons tips a cap in the direction of the outgoing Laois management team.
"Can the body do it again?"
That's what the Laois' inter-county footballer of the year Mark Timmons was asking himself before the 2023 campaign.
The Graiguecullen man has been a part of the O'Moore County panel for almost 20 years and played another integral part this season, which included wins away to Fermanagh and Limerick in the Tailteann Cup.
Timmons credits Billy Sheehan's management team for keeping him going.
He caught up with Midlands 103's Pat O'Sullivan at the end of season awards, he begins by reflecting on being recognised for his performances this season:
