Camogie Association Vote In Favour Of Shorts/Skorts Choice

The association held a meeting in Croke Park Last Night.

Delegates at last night's Camogie Association Special Congress voted in favour of a motion to allow players to wear shorts in competitive matches. 

The issue had come to the fore in recent weeks, with players voicing their preference for a choice between shorts and skorts. 

98 percent of delegates voted in favour of the proposal - meaning players can wear shorts if they wish in this weekend's championship matches.
