There'll be some interesting early ties in the truncated championship.
The Offaly hurling championships took shape last night with the draw for the group stages.
This year's structure will see two groups of four across senior, senior b and intermediate, with the top two in each group progressing to a semi final.
Senior Group one will consist of a repeat of last year's semi final when Birr take on Kilcormac Killoughey.
They're joined by senior B winners from 2019 Seir Keiran and Coolderry.
Reigning Champions St.Rynaghs are in Group 2, along with the other beaten semi finalists Belmont, Shinrone and relegation playoff victors Ballinamere.
Elsewhere,
Senior B Hurling:
Group 1: Clodiagh Gaels, Carrig & Riverstown, Tullamore, Clara.
Group 2: Kinnitty, Lusmagh, Drumcullen, Kilcormac/Killoughey
Intermediate Hurling:
Group 1: Shamrocks, St.Rynagh's, Brosna Gaels, Belmont.
Group 2: Seir Kieran, Coolderry, Birr, Shinrone.
Our Offaly Hurling commentator Joe Troy says each team in group one will fancy their chances:
