Fortune Pleased with Westmeath Displays but Still Building Towards a Big Victory

Joe Fortune has been reflecting after another encouraging display against Dublin.

Westmeath Senior Hurling Manager Joe Fortune says they "need to put a proper victory on the board" to back up the progress they're making.

Speaking after an eight-point defeat to Dublin in the Leinster Championship on Sunday, Joe was pleased with the performance of his players.

The Division 2A League champions have put in promising displays against Kilkenny and Dublin, but shipped a heavy beating against Galway.

Joe is pleased with what he's seeing but remains hopeful they can start picking up victories:
