Former leader of the association, Laois' Liam O'Neill, is looking back on his life as a GAA administrator at the highest level.
O'Neill was chairperson at UCD, Trumera, and Leinster, while he held multiple roles in Laois GAA before becoming national president in 2013.
The man from Trumera says he regrets not making progress on his agenda to merge the associations, but is very happy with the impact his election has had on his club:
