The Offaly rider made it back to back events in the world's top five with a consistent performance that saw her ride in the front group for over half of the 85.2km course.
The British bikes of Sophie Unwin and Lora Fachie finished in first and third while Katie-George Dunlevy and Linda Kelly won the silver medal.
That took Dunlevy's personal Paralympic medal tally to eight this afternoon.
She says still taking time to digest her own accomplishments.
