Henshaw In Contention To Feature Against Pumas

Robbie Henshaw is in contention to feature for Ireland in their Autumn Nations series clash with Argentina on Friday.

The Athlone man looks set to be drafted into midfield to partner his Leinster teammate Garry Ringrose.

Head coach Andy Farrell is expected to largely keep faith with the players that started in the loss against New Zealand, with Jack Crowley set to be retained at out-half.

Peter O'Mahony could come into the back-row for the visit of the Pumas to the Aviva, but Farrell is likely to name an unchanged pack this afternoon.

With Tom O'Toole ruled out, prop Thomas Clarkson could win his first cap from the bench while Cian Healy is in line to earn his joint-record 133rd from the bench.
