Andy Farrell has named his team for their meeting with Wales.
Athlone's Robbie Henshaw will start for Ireland in their opening Autumn Nations Cup game against Wales.
He will partner Chris Farrell in the centre at 7pm on Friday evening.
James Lowe makes his debut on the wing, while Ulster's Billy Burns could also win his first cap from the bench.
