The €100,000 Axa Insurance Midlands National at Kilbeggan will see the country's biggest trainers and with quality chasers lining up for the Listed contest.

Brian Gavin from Kilbeggan Races says Gordon Elliott has a strong hand in this year's renewal:

The Midlands National Handicap Chase is at 7:55pm on Friday evening.

Prior to that, there's €25K up for grabs in the Writech Handicap Hurdle.
