Ballyroan Manager Martin Murphy meets familiar faces in Portlaoise this weekend.
The Laois Senior Football Championship quarter-finals get underway on Saturday evening in Portlaoise.
The first game of four sees Martin Murphy coming up against his old club as Ballyroan Abbey meet Portarlington.
Murphy managed Port to three consecutive county titles in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
Despite losing their second round game in the championship, Pat Roe's Portarlington outfit have impressed in their two wins over O'Dempsey's on day one, and Clonaslee last time out.
Ballyroan have enjoyed comprehensive victories over Rosenallis last month, and The Heath prior to that.
Midlands 103 commentator Pat O'Sullivan says Port are getting better but their old manager may have their number:
The action in O'Moore Park starts at 5.30pm on Saturday.
