The Westmeath champions bowed out of the Leinster Club Senior Hurling Championship at the quarter final stages after their eight point defeat to the Dublin champions on Sunday.
Brian Ryan's 59th minute goal sealed the win, despite the best efforts of Flanagan's side who were just three points down at the interval.
The closing stages saw the contest get away from Raharney, finishing 1-24 to 0-19.
