Nichola Fryday has been nominated for Player of the Year and Try of the Year.
Offaly's Nichola Fryday has picked up a double nomination for this year's Rugby Players Ireland Awards.
The Tullamore woman has been recognised for her performances in what was a challenging Six Nations campaign for that yielded little for Ireland other than the wooden spoon.
Her fellow pros selected her as one of the picks for Women's Player of the Year, as well as try of the year for her score against Scotland in the last round of the tournament.
Neve Jones and Deirbhile Nic a Bháird will compete with her for the Player of the Year award, while in the men's equivalent sees Caelan Doris, Mack Hansen, Hugo Keenan, and Dan Sheehan nominated.
