Offaly face Kerry in a crucial group stage clash in the Joe McDonagh Cup.

Offaly Senior Hurling Manager Michael Fennelly believes the confidence of his panel is growing as they face into a pivotal game in the Joe McDonagh Cup.

They travel to Tralee tomorrow to face Kerry, with the winner in a very good position to qualify for the final.

After a winless campaign in a hugely competitive League, Offaly have steadily grown into the Championship with wins over Meath and Down.

Speaking at the launch of Glenisk's five-year title sponsorship of Offaly Gaelic Games, Michael Fennelly said he took encouragement from the player's response to a difficult League clash with Cork in Birr:
