David McHugh has been appointed Athlone Town's U-19s manager.
It's been a week of flux off the field for Athlone Town's women's teams this week.
David McHugh has been confirmed as the club's U-19 manager for the forthcoming season.
He takes the reigns after spells with Athlone's U-17s and Longford Town's U-19 side.

The senior set up has lost a coach however.
Assistant manager Darren Whelan has stepped down ahead of the 2021 season.
Whelan was a big part of the midlanders historic first ever season in the women's national league, where they finished 7th.
