Premier League Round Up

Four games took place last night.

Republic of Ireland defender John Egan continued his hot streak in front of goal last night.

He headed Sheffield United's winner deep into injury time to secure a 1-nil win over Wolves in the Premier League at Bramall Lane.

The win keeps the Blades in contention for a European place.

Boss Chris Wilder knows his side will keep fighting until the end of the season:

Mo Salah's 18th and 19th goals of the season helped champions Liverpool to a 3-1 win at Brighton.

The Reds are still on course for a record points tally, and Salah says early goals for his side settled the nerves.

In last night's other games, David Silva scored one and assisted another two in Manchester City's 5-nil thrashing of Newcastle United.

West Ham remain in trouble following a 1-nil defeat at home to Burnley.

Tonight,

Manchester United can establish a six-point gap between themselves and sixth placed Wolves tonight.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's (pr: Sol-shar's) side are away to Aston Villa.

They'll also move within a point of the Champions League places with a win - and Solskjaer says maintaining a 100 percent record is their aim for the rest of the season:

That game kicks off at 8.15.

Elsewhere, Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is determined to guide the club to Premier League survival.

They're four points from safety, with five games remaining, going into tonight's match against Tottenham on the south coast.

Howe says it's been a difficult season:

That starts at 6 - along with the clash of Everton and Southampton at Goodison Park.
