They've been selected as part of Texaco's Support for Sport initiative.
Three clubs in the midlands are to benefit from €15,000 worth of funding through this year's Texaco Support for Sport initiative, organised by Valero Energy Ireland Limited.
Offaly Rowing Club in Cappincur, Portlaoise Panthers Basketball Club and Westmeath's Garrycastle LGFA Club will receive €5,000 each.
26 clubs around Ireland have been chosen for the funding injection.
In Athlone, the award will be invested in training equipment of bibs and jerseys; in Cappincur, it will go towards the purchase of new equipment and assisting the club to keep subscription rates low; and in Portlaoise, their development programme will be funded, along with advancing the principals on which its success is founded.
Launching this year's funding stream, former rugby international Donnacha O'Callaghan praised them as three worthy winners.
