Cooney names Lake County starting XV
The Tullamore man recently announced his retirement from seven's rugby.
The Ballymore athlete was representing both the University of Limerick and Ireland.
The Shinrone player is hoping to guide Offaly to first All Ireland in 15 years.
Eight players have been promoted to senior contracts.

Laois Ladies take on Tyrone this weekend in the All Ireland Final.
