Portlaoise's George Percy, who is totally blind, says not only has it helped him still healthy, but it has given him a new lease of life.
He lost his sight at the age of 26 and missed being able to take part in sporting activities.
He now plays blind golf, through the VIP Hub in Portlaoise:
