  • Architectural Technologist / Architect.

    Job description
    We currently require a full-time architectural technologist to join our design team and assist in the design workload including the preparation of planning drawings and applications, tender drawings and specifications and working drawings. The role will require a working knowledge of Irish Planning Regulations and good technical ability and knowledge in achieving compliance in design with the requirements of the Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents A-M. Experience in the preparation of drawings and reports for Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate applications would also be advantageous as would the use of GPS/GNSS surveying equipment.
    While the role is primarily office-based site surveys and site visits will form part of the workload as an integral part of the design process and for the purposes of monitoring and certification of work during construction phase.
    The successful candidate will;
    · Have a qualification in Architectural Technology
    · Have minimum 3 years relevant post qualification experience.
    · Be a good communicator both written and oral.
    · Have a good ability in drawing presentation and an eye for detail.
    · Be part of a team and have the ability to work on own initiative.
    · Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD & Revit
    · Be experienced in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
    · Have a full clean valid driving license.

    Job description
    We are currently recruiting for a full-time civil engineer with a strong interest in residential construction and who has a good working knowledge of Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents A-M. The role will be varied and the successful candidate will work alongside our design team and assist in the preparation of civil/structural & fire safety design on small to medium sized residential and commercial projects. While the role is primarily office-based site surveys and site visits will form part of the workload as an integral part of the design process and for the purposes of monitoring and certification during construction phase.
    The successful candidate will;
    · Have an Honors degree in Civil Engineering, Level 8.
    · Have minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience.
    · Be a good communicator both written and oral with an emphasis on good report writing.
    · Be part of a team and have the ability to work on own initiative.
    · Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD & ideally a working knowledge of Revit
    · Be competent in the principles of land surveying and setting out and particularly the use of GPS/GNSS equipment.
    · Be experienced in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
    · Have a full clean valid driving licence.
