After a wonderful full Irish Breakfast, we start our day by visiting the Glencolmcille Folk Village, made up of a cluster of several small cottages, perched on a hillside overlooking the sandy curve of Glen Bay Beach in South West Donegal. It is one of Ireland’s best living-history museums founded by the late Father McDyer.

Later after lunch, we begin our journey to the stunningly beautiful Slieve League Cliffs. At an astonishing 596 metres, Slieve League has some of the highest sea cliffs on the island of Ireland.

After our wonderful day of site seeing, we relax and un-wind with a beautiful meal, great company and some light entertainment.

Day 3:

In the morning after breakfast, we travel to one of Irelands most historic towns, Donegal Town. What better way to see Donegal Town than to sail on a luxurious boat and embark on a stunning cruise on Donegal Bay. The Donegal Bay Waterbus is regarded as one of the top tourist attractions in this region, you will enjoy the beautiful sites, great entertainment onboard and a chance to see the seal colony.

After lunch we will go to the homeplace of Mr Daniel O’Donnell in Kincasslagh. We get to see where Daniel grew up, where he got married, where he had his first job and of course where he and Majella now reside. Daniel is regarded as one of Donegal’s leading ambassadors.

Later we return to the hotel for dinner and some light entertainment.

Day 4:

After a hearty breakfast, today’s outings will begin with a trip to the famous Glenveagh National Park. This National Park is best known for its pristine lakes, tumbling waterfalls and rugged mountain areas, hidden in the centre of this woodland gem you will find Glenveagh Castle from the 19th Century. Once here we will have an official tour of the castle.

In the afternoon and following lunch we have some free time to check out the various retail outlets, shops and galleries that Letterkenny has to offer.
