Jigsaw are encouraging people to offer up compliments today.
Three in ten young people in Ireland haven't received a compliment in the past month.
The figure is being highlighted on National Compliment Day, a fundraising initiative for youth mental health charity, Jigsaw.
A survey of nearly 500 people found just under half of men aged 18-25 hadn't been complimented in the last 30 days.
