The midlands will see representation in a Westmeath Rose.
The 32 contestants for this year's Rose of Tralee have been officially introduced.
The Irish and International Roses will compete for the title this weekend.
Killucan's Grace O'Connor is the only representation for the midlands in this year's event - she'll fly the Westmeath flag.
It's the 65th anniversary of the contest, which takes place in Kerry every year.
